About codigeeks.com
An independent library about planning, building and running apps and websites in Singapore.
What this site is
The pages here explain what an app or website project involves, which rules apply and which questions to settle before work starts. They are written for business owners and managers who are about to commission a project, not for developers.
What this site is not
Captures in the Internet Archive show that, until 2022, this domain carried the website of CodiGeeks, a Singapore app development business. ACRA's open register lists CODIGEEKS LLP, UEN T18LL0818F, with the status Deregistered (checked 21 October 2026). This site is not that business, is not affiliated with it, does not speak for it and cannot act for it.
This site does not build apps or websites, does not take enquiries for development work, and does not accept payment to appear in its lists.
How pages are written
- Every rule, fee and deadline links to the authority that publishes it, such as Apple, Google, the PDPC, IRAS, IPOS or ACRA. Each page lists its sources and when they were last checked.
- Where no reliable source exists for a figure, such as the cost of a typical app, the page explains what drives it instead of inventing a number.
- Company lists are alphabetical, not ranked. Each entry shows only what was checked: the company's record in ACRA's open register and what its own website says it offers. Inclusion is not a recommendation.
- Some pages cover topics that earlier pages at the same addresses covered. Those were written again from scratch for this site. A page that revisits an earlier article keeps that article's original publication date and shows when it was updated.
Corrections
Rules and fees change. When a source changes, the page is updated and its check date moves forward.
